According to recent leaks from @_h0x0d_ and @AnhPhuH, NVIDIA is planning to launch its first AI computing chip called “N1”. The new chip is expected to debut at Computex 2025, incorporating Blackwell architecture and ARM technology. As @_h0x0d_ reveals, the chip has already been spotted on a Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 16 2025 laptop.
Its presence is confirmed by @AnhPhuH, who verifies the naming scheme found on the Lenovo laptop. NVIDIA’s portfolio will include two versions: the high-end N1x and the mid-range N1 SoC, with support for “Windows on ARM”. The construction will be done in collaboration with MediaTek, leveraging the Blackwell architecture.
The chip is expected to deliver an impressive AI computing power of 180-200 TOPS, nearly four times that of current market-leading chips. The chip will be built on TSMC’s 3nm technology, with NVIDIA planning mass production. In particular, three million units are expected to be shipped in the fourth quarter of 2025, while for the following year the target amounts to thirteen million units in total.
NVIDIA’s entry into the custom AI computing chip market is expected to bring significant changes to the competition, given the impressive performance specifications that have been leaked so far.
