Redmi launched a smartphone called the K50 Ultra in the summer of 2022, months after the K50 and K50 Pro.
New reports indicate that the company will follow the same tactic with the K60. Redmi K60 Ultra is said to debut in Q3 2023 with Dimensity 9200 and 100W fast charging. These two specs rank it below the K60 Pro. The new phone’s specs also show no upgrade over the K50 Ultra, which has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and 120W charging

In addition, the K60 Ultra is expected to have a 6.67″ OLED display with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, corresponding to the K50 Ultra.
All this indicates that either the name is wrong, or there is an error in the leak – difficult because it comes from an authoritative source, or the company is trying to give the public some alternative and not a top proposition.
