Facebook and Instagram’s paid verification system makes its official debut in the US. The reason for the Meta Verified system that gives you additional benefits, such as a blue badge, protection against accounts pretending to be you and direct access to technical support. Priced at $11.99 and $14.99 per month on mobile devices.
However, the US version of the Meta verified system will not increase post visibility and reach as much as the Australia and New Zealand version of the system. Facebook, for its part, points out that they need to get more feedback before deciding to make it available outside of Australia and New Zealand.

In addition to paying the mentioned amount, in order for your account to be confirmed, you need to enter a photo of the identity card, have the two factor authentication system activated, while you will not be able to change the username, the name of the profile, the date of birth or the photo unless you go through the confirmation process again. We don’t know exactly when it will debut in other countries.
