Revolut is making some changes to the terms of use and here is the message we received in our email translated into Greek:

We have clarified in Section 9 of our Terms of Use that our phone number is an automated hotline and cannot connect you to an employee. It can only be used to block your Revolut card or to provide general automated responses. We have updated Section 11 to describe that the Revolut App or Revolut Card must not be used (directly or indirectly) to abuse our products, services or customer support and that you may not use your personal account for non-personal purposes .

This includes activities that may compromise the integrity of our services or threaten the security of Revolut and its customers. We have also completed Section 24, stating that we may immediately close or suspend your account (including access to services provided by the other Revolut group entities) and terminate your access to our website, should you engage in such activity. We have amended Section 15 to state that we have the right to reverse transactions credited to your account in the following circumstances:

If the amounts were credited following an error by the originator, their account provider, a third party or Revolut. If we have evidence that you received a payment through fraudulent or other criminal conduct.
