The PhoneBuff team decided to find out with the help of a robotic arm.
It’s worth saying at the outset that no iPhone has been beaten by any Android smartphone in the first round of the PhoneBuff speed test in the past three years.
However, the Galaxy S23 Ultra managed to beat the iPhone 14 Pro Max in the first round. Even for a little while.
The eventual winner was once again the iPhone, although the split-second difference should perhaps not count.
