Google Chrome 115 has a new feature that allows users to use Windows Mica material.
To access this feature, you should go to the Chrome flags menu and activate it manually. Mica is a design feature that doesn’t just stay opaque, but interacts perfectly with the user’s desktop theme and wallpaper.
More specifically, as users navigate windows, Mica adjusts in real time, creating a visually appealing effect using the wallpaper. Windows 11 22H2 users can enable Mica in browser version 115 by following these steps: First, if you’re not on Chrome version 115, upgrade Then go to Chrome://flags and search for Windows 11 Mica.
The only thing left is to set the flag to enabled and restart the browser. Users who prefer high contrast modes, Mica does not interfere.

No more cookies for everyone in Chrome 115
Chrome 115 has started making its official debut this week. Although the new version of Chrome does not come with new features, it will arrive with a feature that will help you get rid of cookies.
In a blog post, Google announced that it will start enabling the Privacy Sandbox API in the coming days. This privacy feature does not aim to completely cut off advertisers from accessing users, however it aims to limit access to users’ personal data.
Privacy Sandbox will be enabled for 35% of Chrome 115 users starting July 24th.
This percentage will reach 60% from the beginning of August and 99% by the middle of August.
