Samsung has started rolling out the March update to its phones, which includes the March 2023 Android security updates and several bug fixes.
Specifically, the company states that the update contains 39 security fixes from Google and 11 additional fixes for loopholes in Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
Among the 50 fixes there are 5 that are critical and 35 that are marked as high risk.
It is worth noting that 5 of the 39 Google fixes have no effect on Galaxy devices. In terms of rollout rate, all of Samsung’s newest flagship series are currently being updated and more models are expected to roll out soon.
Those of you with a Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S22, or Galaxy S23 can start checking for security updates, especially if your device is not carrier locked.
