Google has long since begun to share Play Store content based on the device on which the user opens it.
For example, the reviews you see are related to the type of device, that is, if you open the page of an application on a tablet, you will see different reviews than those displayed if you open it through a smartphone.
In addition, evidence recently emerged that the company has started rolling out a special feature that works as a security lock. In particular, if an application is not designed for the version of Android that the device is running on, it may not work properly on the device.
Now, it seems that Google is taking it a step further and using data from other devices to inform users that each app may not even work on their device.
The purpose of these Google Play Store notifications is to simply warn users of possible problems, because they can normally download the application to their device.
