End programs without the Task Manager, directly from the Taskbar , Windows 11

In Windows 11, Microsoft redesigned the Taskbar. Because it changed its “core” enough, much of what we could do before is almost impossible. For example, until recently we couldn’t open the Task Manager by right-clicking on the Taskbar, luckily it added the appropriate shortcut.

Nevertheless, we have to admit that Windows 11 is one of the best operating systems from Microsoft and as time goes by it keeps improving it more and more.

With the exception of the invalid search box he dug up from the time locker, he’s generally doing pretty well.

Now, it seems that Microsoft will add to the Windows 11 Taskbar the ability to be able to end processes without opening the Task Manager. From Build 25300 onwards, there will be an “End task” option when you right-click on the icon of an open application.
